Your Home of Quality Aged Care in Melbourne and WA
CraigCare aged care communities cater for all types of care needs, including residential aged care, respite, dementia and palliative care.
We deliver our services to meet your individual needs and aged care requirements. We see each of our residents as a unique individual, with their own values, attitudes, lifestyles and preferences.
More than aged care home accommodation, our care communities are designed to keep residents engaged and connected with their family, friends and local community. Our communities are specifically designed to ensure there are plenty of ways to enjoy your time. Situated in five well-located areas of Melbourne as well as in Perth (Ascot Waters and Maylands) and the South West (Albany), there are local community activities organised to keep our residents active in and connected with their local community.
You will not find a more compassionate and kind team who are dedicated to providing excellent care. We respect our residents’ right to have the control, choice and flexibility in how our services are delivered. We do everything possible to make residents feel right at home.
We would love to show you first hand why we are the provider of choice when it comes to choosing a residential aged care provider.
2019 LASA awards celebrate excellence in age services
National winner of the Individual Award was Ryan Rodrigues from CraigCare.
The Leading Age Services Australia (LASA) 2019 Excellence in Age Services Awards was held on 29th October 2019 to celebrate the work of outstanding aged care individuals, teams and organisations.
The National winner of the Individual Award was our Clinical Governance Manager Ryan Rodrigues, who began with CraigCare in 2012.
Ryan’s passion and then role as Clinical Care Coordinator drove him to develop the End of Life Trajectory Planning Tool, which has been so successful, it is now embedded across all seven of our CraigCare homes.
Ryan stepped up as a future leader to help improve the system and quality of care outcomes for residents and spends his time progressing new initiatives and trialling new ways of thinking. His approach means residents are cared for well beyond their clinical nursing needs, with their emotional and spiritual well-being also paramount.
