Aged Care Communities Designed To Feel Like Home

Our teams at each CraigCare home really get to know and understand you, and go above and beyond to find ways to keep you connected and participating in things that matter most to you.

“My father is very happy at CraigCare, and that's what counts. He is always up-to-date with his medical requirements.”
“My husband has required total care for some time and always appears comfortable and content whenever I visit him. The staff always greet him and treat him with kindness and respect.”
"All the staff as so caring and have such empathy to all residents -especially I have seen in particular with my mother who has been a resident at CraigCare for many years. The cleanliness and support staff are also at the highest quality and the food is varied and very nutritional.”
"I have always been happy with CraigCare as my Dad is happy.”
“CraigCare has friendly staff that are very kind to Mum.”
“They always seems to have fun activities happening to keep everyone busy and entertained. If residents are not able to participate, staff seem to ensure they have some sort of lovely experience for the day, even if it is just a walk around. Residents seem happy and busy. They cater for all types of people.”
“The carers and nursing staff are very patient and Dad’s dementia is handled very well. They listen to us and cater to our needs. They are attentive and offer choice in how the service is delivered. They just genuinely care and are supportive.”
"I find the communication excellent. The care is good. Management is friendly and it’s an inviting place for family.”
“The residents are treated with respect and dignity. There’s great communication with the family.”
“Mum is a social being and she loves to chat and it’s the friendliness that impressed me. And all the activities they have, that surprised me. Mum loves the singalongs, the live music and the footy activities. They give me confidence and peace of mind this is the right place for Mum."
The appointment of the accommodation is open and very pleasing. The biggest asset the home has is its staff. They were so welcoming but also well trained to deal with a resident – (still coming to terms with her disability) who has determination and independence. They show patience, care and consideration.”
“The home is clean and has a great atmosphere. Residents appear to be happy and the clinical care is of a very high standard. Communication with family is excellent.”
