Yesterday, we were delighted to welcome Sculptures by the Sea artist Henning Meeves to Ascot Waters for a wonderful hands-on creative workshop.
Residents explored the art of sculpture by creating clay faces that captured emotions of their choice. With Henning’s guidance, they learned techniques for moulding and shaping clay, discovering how small details such as the eyes, eyebrows and mouth can bring an expression to life.
It was a beautiful opportunity for residents to embrace creativity, try something new, and enjoy the joy of self-expression through art.
