Carmel’s formal qualifications include Bachelor of Applied Science Nursing. For the past 27 years Carmel has worked as a Home Manager or Unit Manager. Prior to that, she has 18 years’ experience as a carer including time spent working for Western Health Hospitals.
Carmel has worked in the aged care sector nearly all of her working career, always with the end goal of making a positive difference to the lives of our older community members. She is 100% focused and committed to the residents under her care.
