What a wonderful morning we had at our recent Fashion Show!
In the weeks leading up to the big day, our residents put plenty of creativity, care and excitement into the preparations. From making their own masks and selecting their outfits to creating pins to help organise the runway, there was a real buzz of anticipation as the event drew closer.
And when the big day finally arrived, our residents were ready to shine!
We were delighted to welcome so many family members who came along to cheer, celebrate and share the special moments with their loved ones. Their support made the morning even more meaningful.
One of the biggest highlights was welcoming children from Ascot Vale Heights Special Kids, with some of the children confidently joining our residents on the runway. Seeing generations come together, sharing smiles, laughter and a little bit of runway magic, was truly heartwarming.
More than just a fashion show, the morning was a celebration of creativity, confidence, friendship and connection – and a wonderful reminder that there is always room for a little fun and something new.
